The hotel had interesting features and astonishing decorations. It was close to all the action of the city and provided a refreshing oasis to come home to after a long day of activities and sightseeing.
The noise level was high at times and it was not possible to have an early, quiet night. Some aspects needed to be addressed, such as a clean that the hotel needed, new bedding, sheets, towels, and air conditioning. Some staff members were not always available to assist with some requests and it was often unclear where to go for breakfast/dinner or even for arranging day trips or drivers.

The hotel provided a free pick up from the airport, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. the included breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.
The hotel's location was a bit difficult to find and required a walk to get to the main square. The rooms also lacked modern amenities, such as TVs and telephones.
